Theatre of Youth is holding an audition for boy actors between the ages of 11 and 13 for a role in DRAGONS LOVE TACOS. The production will run May 2-June 2, 2019. The audition is by appointment.
Please review the following details BEFORE calling for an audition appointment. It is important to be clear about the time commitment for rehearsal and performances.
DRAGONS LOVE TACOS is a very popular book for young children that has been adapted for the stage.
The story is about a boy who is home alone when a group of dragons come to visit. He enjoys their company and gives them a taco party. Unfortunately, the spicy tacos cause the dragons to breathe fire and burn down the boy’s house. The dragons take responsibility and rebuild the house before mom comes home.
